For the best chance of success, the current Recovery Industry Standard ideally recommends 90 days of Treatment, followed by 90 days of Transitional Living, followed by 90 days to 1 year of Sober Living.

While in the Transitional Phase of Treatment, residents are expected to work or attend school. (Step-Up Recovery staff members understand the difficulties of transitioning from treatment to mainstream and are prepared to help clients in obtaining employment and/or making educational plans.) After initial Treatment followed by this Transitional Living, our clients are encouraged to transfer into longer-term, affordable Sober Living as a final phase of their Treatment Plan.

You will live in a large, comfortable home in the charming Old Towne neighborhood in the City of Orange where our Transitional Living Program will help strengthen your foundation for a clean and sober lifestyle.

• Initial Recovery Assessment and Admission
• Individualized Recovery and Relapse-Prevention Planning with Follow-up
• On-Site Treatment Manager and Shift Supervisors
• Regular Alcohol and Drug Screening
• A Weekly Individual Counseling Session and Case Review
• Twice-Weekly House Meetings with Step-Up Recovery Staff and Residents
• On-Site Weekly Educational Groups Offered on Substance Abuse and Other Related Issues*
• Regular 12-Step Meeting Participation Required, along with Book Study, Step Work, and Sponsorship
• Regular Clean & Sober Group Outings and Activities Headed by Step-Up Recovery Staff

• On-Site Yoga and Martial Arts conducted three times per week by a Sintony Yoga/Martial Arts Master*
