Initial Assessment and Admission by a qualified Drug and Alcohol Counselor
24-Hour-A-Day Supervision in a safe, structured, clean and sober residential treatment environment
Alcohol and Drug Screening
Individualized Treatment Plans and Follow-Up
Weekly Case Review of each client by the Step-Up Recovery Treatment Team
Individual Counseling Sessions
Daily Group Therapy
Extensive Educational Groups on substance abuse and related issues
Weekly Family Therapy conducted by an experienced Family Counselor.
Daily 12-Step Meeting Participation.
12-Step Book Study, Step Work, and Sponsorship.
Daily Meditations, Goal-Setting, Accountability, and Self-Reflection.
Yoga and Martial Arts conducted three time per week by a Sintony Yoga/Martial Arts Master.
Regular Clean and Sober Outings and Activities supervised by Step-Up Recovery Staff.
A Client Treatment Workbook to be completed throughout your Treatment
A Written Individual Relapse-Prevention Plan.
Help with Employment and/or Educational Plans.
Optional Transfer into Longer-Term Sober Living upon successful completion of Extended Care Treatment.
